Phil Koestler, MS

Phil has over 32 years serving as a professional Christian
counselor. Besides being licensed by the State as a Professional Counselor, he also has specialization as a Substance Abuse
Counselor. Phil provides assessment and counseling to those struggling with alcohol or other drugs.
He specializes
in working with children and adolescents. This includes therapy for children and adolescents, family therapy, and consultation
to teachers and principals. Issues addressed can include learning problems, acting out behavior, ADHD, depression, separation
anxiety, and other disorders of childhood and adolescence.
Phil has completed special coursework and training,
i.e. "Guide Me With Your Counsel", to provide distinctively Bible-based counseling. He has also completed the requirements
and been granted Board Certification as a Professional Christian Counselor by the American Association of Christian Counselors.
In October, 2007, Phil was granted the designation of Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) by the national
Employee Assistance Professional Association.
In December, 2008, he completed the requirements and training established
by the American Association of Christian Counselors to serve as a Professional Life Coach. This allows him to help those desiring
to grow in relationships and meet life goals without going through the medical / mental health system. In August, 2011 he
was granted the designation of Board Certified Christian Life Coach by the American Association of Christian Counselors.
